THE SYSTEM BOS-2003 PRESENTS:

A structure of metal elements which you can use to mould any sort of horizontal and vertical concrete surface of different dimensions.

System Bos-2003 consists of metal moulding constructions for vertical surfaces – pillars.

A moulding construction for concrete pillars made of four plating is created in such a way that you can mould pillars, according to your needs, up to 3м high with following 40 dimensions:

A construction for one concrete pillar, two workmen can assemble it in 10 – 15min.

After disassembling, the construction is momentarily ready for the next mounting since there is no need for extra means or time to do maintenance.

The construction is firmly made, resistant to great pressure while setting in concrete, it does not bend or waste away.

The construction is easy to transport or assemble 1м² = 28.83 кг.

BOS 20003

The BOS-2003 also includes metal plating for moulding horizontal concrete surfaces, massive blocks, and concrete carrying beams.

Plating can be quickly assembled using its own screws.

Finished concrete after disassembling is smooth, so there is no need for further treatment.

Plating are precisely manufactured, maximally fitting together, there is no unnecessary waste of concrete during its use.

Plating for concrete beams are easy to assemble and transport 1м² = 29.40 kgr

If necessary, you can fit metal supports in the system BOS-2003.

The supports are good quality, made of firm material, easy to assemble, finely adjusted at the height of 1.50м - 4.00м using the coil while there is no need for padding.

According to your desires and with our help, we are placing the BOS-2003 system at your disposal which you can use long-term since it can be adjusted for lower and higher construction, for beams, bridges, massive plates, concrete walls, also finished concrete elements which you can individually set onto the structure (massive plates, staircases, terraces, supports....)

All elements in this system are assembled and dissembled manually, there is no need for cranes.
